I am an organizational consultant with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education and a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting and Development. My expertise lies in employee and executive development, leadership cultivation, and management consulting. Over the years, I have gained rich experience through roles such as youth leadership training in the Israeli Scouts, commanding and instructing officer courses in the Israeli Navy, and contributing to HR domains with a strong focus on employee and leadership development.
